Attorney David M. Allen was born on a U.S. Navy base in Okinawa, Japan to Dr. Ellis S. Allen and Katherine D. Allen on August 1, 1989. The son of a Navy Veteran, David later attended public schools in Baldwin County, Alabama and graduated with Honors at Fairhope High School while also being named captain of the varsity soccer team. He attended Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama where he studied Political Science and Philosophy and played college soccer.
After graduating cum laude, from Spring Hill College, David attended the University of Iowa, College of Law. Ranked in the top 10 public law schools in the country, the University of Iowa prepared him for a career in Criminal Defense and Personal Injury litigation. While in law school, David interned at the United States House of Representatives and with Alabama Circuit Court Judge, Carmen Bosch. He also worked for the University of Iowa’s Legal Clinic and was a Student Editor for the University of Iowa’s Journal of Gender, Race, and Justice.
After graduation, David returned to Alabama, where he has worked on several high profile Criminal Defense trials and multi-million-dollar Personal Injury trials. He prides himself on excellent communication with his clients and outstanding results.
