Peter Christian Bobolis was born in Silver Spring, Maryland. His father, also named Peter, had immigrated from Athens, Greece in the 1970s. After spending his early years in Maryland, Peter’s parents later moved to rural Pennsylvania to start a farm where he spent much of his youth raising and showing sheep.

Peter attended high school at Valley Forge Military Academy and College in Wayne, Pennsylvania. While there, Peter earned several academic and military awards, was elevated to leadership as a Cadet Sergeant, and graduated magna cum laude in 1998. He then went on to Penn State University, graduating with a degree in Finance. While there, Peter was named to the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Golden Key National Honor Society.

Following graduation, Peter returned to Maryland where he spent several years as a mortgage banker. As the subprime mortgage crisis approached, Peter took a position in operations with Lockheed Martin. In 2008, he earned his MBA remotely from Florida State University. Over the next decade, he performed financial analysis and earned value management for Lockheed and another defense contractor, Solers Inc.

Inspired by those in his family that helped others by pursuing careers in the legal field, Peter enrolled at the University of Alabama School of Law. While there, he interned for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler at the United States District Court, Northern District of Alabama. He also worked in the school’s Elder Law Clinic, and later was the lead research assistant on a tax article published in the Cumberland Law Review.

After graduation, Peter decided to make Alabama his new home and began his legal career with Damrich & Allen. He hopes his knowledge and experience in business will supplement his legal expertise in bringing about exceptional results for his clients.
